In the event of cancellation of the activity by the FUERTEVENTURA DIVING diving center, 100% of the amount paid for the contracted service will be refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
In the case of cancellation of the activity by the client, 100% of the amount paid for the contracted service will be refunded, provided that said cancellation is made up to 10 days before the activity. For cancellations up to 2 days before, 50% will be returned. For cancellations with a term of less than 2 days, the amount paid will not be refunded.
We consider groups with the right to discounts from 8 people. The prices offered to these groups will be valid only if the entire group contracts the entire package offered. FUERTEVENTURA DIVING will charge the group manager/organizer in advance the total price agreed for said group and will not be held responsible or make refunds if part of the group ultimately participates in fewer services than contracted.
For activities that involve a collective reservation of more than 4 places, the following parameters will be used: in the event of cancellation of the activity by the group of divers, 100% of the amount paid for the contracted service will be returned, provided that said cancellation is made up to 14 days before the reserved activity. For cancellations up to 7 days before, 50% will be returned. For cancellations with less than 7 days, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For activities that entail expenses with payments to third parties (for example, the purchase of the Access Pass to the online theory of the SSI or PADI courses, extra boat rental, etc.) the amount corresponding to the payment made to these will not be refunded. third parties/companies. Of the amount that could remain, the aforementioned refund percentages will be applied.
In the case of medical impediment, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded to the person with said medical problem (it is not extended to the reservation/s of their companion/s), as long as a medical certificate is presented establishing your temporary or total inability to dive. In case of not presenting a medical certificate, the return parameters explained above will be used. The amounts already spent for online courses or other expenses incurred before the cancellation will be deducted from the possible refund.
Once the client boards the boat, the money will not be returned if the client does not dive, either due to seasickness, compensation problems, cold problems or problems with the diver's own equipment.
